From Brittany to London: Breizh Café is looking for the leader to build our UK story. As part of its international development, Breizh Café is launching its establishment in the United Kingdom. We are looking for a Country Restaurant Manager UK to open the first restaurant in London and structure the group's deployment in the British market.
Your role: Reporting to the General Director, you will lead the launch and development of the brand in the UK, from strategy to operations.
Key missions:
- Define and implement the UK roadmap
- Oversee the opening of the first restaurant in London and ensure its management
- Recruit, structure, and manage local teams
- Supervise operational and financial management within the British regulatory framework
