We\’re looking for a talented baker to join our small team.

Breid – Organic, wild yeast bread in an open, busy bakery in the heart of East London, also serving viennoiserie, sweet treats and speciality coffee and supplying bread wholesale to local cafes, shops and restaurants.

We\’re looking for a skilled bread baker to mix and shape our range of sourdough loaves and ciabatta within a highly detailed, technical and precise procedure. We use only flour/grain, water and salt with a strong emphasis on utilising a lot of wholemeal and a variety of grain.
