- NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management/Degree Equivalent CSCS (black)
- Professional Accreditation
- First Aid
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Appointed Person – Excavator Only NRSWA Supervisor
- Management of Confined Space IOSH Management of Buried Services Contractual Knowledge
- Commercial Knowledge
- Able to produce/update programmes using ASTA Powerproject Able to read and understand drawings, BoQ’s and specifications Able to understand plant/labour/materials/subcontract allowances
