We are looking to hire off-cycle interns to join our investment team in London, to support the team’s efforts across the complete deal life cycle from sourcing through to due diligence, closing, and post‑acquisition support and monitoring.
We have available internships from:
- September 2026 - January 2027
- September 2026 - July 2027
- January 2027 - July 2027
Key responsibilities:
- Support the investment team in their deal sourcing efforts, including analyzing and assessing industry trends and opportunities, growth momentum of key players, business strategy, and competitive position
- Analysing investment opportunities within the sectors of software and technology‑enabled services
- Assist in building financial models to drive investment decisions
- Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities
- Support our portfolio companies across a wide range of topics
What we are looking for:
- A passion for the technology/software industry
- Prior financial modelling experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think and work independently
- Must‑have education: outstanding academic track record, including undergraduate degree and / or master’s degree (or in final year) from a leading university or business school
- Must‑have experience requirements: at least 6 months of consecutive experience in M&A, prior exposure to private equity or venture capital is a plus
- Must‑have language requirements: written and spoken communication skills in English and fluency in one or more additional European language i.e., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish
