OneDome is building the future of the home-moving experience by bringing the entire property transaction journey into one platform. We connect estate agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers and homebuyers in a single ecosystem designed to simplify and accelerate property transactions.
As we scale, we are looking for a commercially driven Revenue Manager to help accelerate growth, unlock new revenue streams and drive performance across our commercial partnerships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Revenue Manager with a strong sales background and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. This role is not a traditional account management or RevOps position. Instead, it is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, understands how to drive revenue strategically and tactically, and wants to operate as a commercial challenger and deputy to leadership. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify, unlock and scale revenue opportunities across the OneDome ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy: Identify and drive new revenue opportunities across the OneDome platform and partner ecosystem. Own commercial initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve monetisation. Work closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into revenue-generating initiatives.
- Sales Leadership & Execution: Bring a sales-first mentality to the role, actively engaging in high-value commercial opportunities. Support and challenge the commercial team to maximise performance and close larger deals. Lead or participate in key negotiations with strategic partners and clients.
- Revenue Performance Management: Track revenue performance across products, partners and commercial channels. Identify areas of growth, inefficiencies or missed opportunities and take action. Drive accountability for revenue targets and commercial outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with product, partnerships, and marketing to align growth initiatives. Ensure new products or features are designed with clear monetisation and revenue impact. Support the development of commercial propositions and pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Strong sales background with a demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth. Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments. Proven ability to open, negotiate and close commercial opportunities. Experience working closely with senior leadership on revenue strategy.
Profile: Highly commercial, strategic and results-oriented. High energy, proactive and ambitious — someone who naturally pushes revenue forward. Comfortable acting as a challenger and commercial sparring partner to leadership. Not an account manager profile — we want someone with a hunter mentality.
Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, marketplaces or platform businesses. Familiarity with estate agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers or the property ecosystem.
Why Join OneDome: Opportunity to help build and scale a category-defining property platform. Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact commercial initiatives. Play a key role in shaping the company's revenue growth strategy. Join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
