What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.
- Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports.
- Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients.
- Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
- Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.
- Ensure the team's compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
