Location: Glenholme, Bedford (MK40) – Applicants must live within a 10-mile radius.

Salary: £12.75–£12.95 per hour + Paid Training + Fantastic Employee Benefits.

Hours: Full-Time opportunities only available for up to 37.5 hours per week, Day shifts only (fully flexible between 7am and 10pm).

Your Role as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently and happily as possible. You'll offer practical and emotional support while encouraging personal growth and inclusion in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, and medication.

With 24-hour staffing and access to neighbouring care home facilities, the service promotes independence while ensuring round-the-clock support. Every person is encouraged to live a full, happy life as an active member of the community.
