The process remains fragmented, manual and frustrating.

At Breeze Move, we're changing that.

Having already orchestrated over £500m of property transactions, reduced completion times by up to 40%, dramatically reduced transaction failures and built an enterprise-ready Saa S platform, we're entering our next phase of growth.

We're looking for an ambitious CTO who doesn't simply want to build software.

We want someone who wants to build a category-defining technology business.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional CTO role.

We're looking for someone equally comfortable discussing system architecture with developers as they are presenting product strategy to investors, enterprise customers and the Board.

You’ll own our technology vision whilst helping shape the commercial direction of the company.

You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, influencing everything from product roadmap and AI strategy through to fundraising, enterprise sales and scaling the engineering function.

• What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Technology Leadership
• Define and execute Breeze Move's long-term technology strategy
• Lead the architecture and continued evolution of the Opus platform
• Build scalable, secure and enterprise-grade infrastructure
• Own engineering standards, delivery quality and technical excellence
• Ensure platform reliability, security and performance
• Oversee AI, automation and workflow orchestration initiatives
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Product & Innovation

Work closely with the CEO to

• Prioritise the product roadmap
• Identify commercial opportunities through technology
• Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements
• Drive rapid product iteration
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI opportunities
• Commercial Leadership

You’ll

• Understand customer needs and commercial priorities
• Help shape pricing and product packaging
• Support enterprise sales conversations

• What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience leading engineering teams
• Strong Saa S architecture experience
• Experience building scalable cloud platforms
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent decision-making ability
• Highly Desirable
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Previous CTO, VP Engineering or Head of Engineering experience
• Fundraising or investor experience
• Enterprise Saa S experience
• Workflow automation expertise
• Experience within Prop Tech, Fin Tech or Legal Tech
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft stack and modern Dev Ops practices
• AI implementation experience
