In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting our global base of business partners, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and resources to successfully offer their customers a market‐leading cargo insurance solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the distribution team to support the execution of the company's strategy to drive usage of our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our insurers, freight forwarders, and key internal stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Breeze product to deliver day‐to‐day guidance to our customer base and be the first line of support for our partners.
- Assist in managing distribution partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement with the platform.
- Work with internal teams (Product, Underwriting) to provide feedback from partners and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Track and analyse partner performance metrics, reporting insights both internally and externally.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years experience (insurance or logistics experience preferred but not limited to).
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced start‐up environment.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt based on the company requirements.
- Superb written and verbal communication.
