We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, people-centric Staffing Manager to head up our staffing and talent pool!
This is an exciting opportunity to join Breeze People on the back of significant YOY growth, as we look to establish ourselves as the leading specialist staffing agency within the live events, experiential and brand experience field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STAFFING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Lead and drive the recruitment, retention and engagement strategy across the board with our staff
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our team of staffing executives, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships both in house and with our talent pool.
- Ensure we have a live and active database of industry leading staff and talent nationwide.
- Conduct regular staff check-ins to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate staff profiles, ensuring the database is consistently updated with key information and feedback.
- Identify geographic areas that need strengthening, and proactively target them with a mixture of in person casting days, recruitment and video calls
- Work alongside our AM to strengthen any client relationships for business growth, networking, and referrals.
- Explore team building days, socials and incentives to reward and incentives our people.
- Conduct regular performance management reviews, celebrating successes and reviewing areas for improvement
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION:
- Oversee the execution of every live brief, ensuring staffing is on brand, on time, and within budget.
- Report directly into our AM daily to ensure projects and live briefs are on track.
- Direct and coordinate staffing teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
- Lead project status meetings, keeping AM informed and aligned on progress.
- Ensure all deadlines, both internal and external, are met through proactive planning and coordination.
- Produce comprehensive post-event evaluations, analysing successes and areas for improvement.
- Utilise Breeze software including Liveforce, Slack and Trello.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP:
- Lead from the front, promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Facilitate regular weekly calls to ensure alignment between staffing and client account management team.
- Provide clear and thorough briefs to our bookings team, ensuring smooth execution and seamless delivery.
- Support the professional growth of all team members by sharing insights and best practices.

- Experience with Liveforce, Trello and CRM systems would be a bonus (but not essential)
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to develop meaningful and lasting relationships accross the board.
