This is an exciting and varied role at the heart of Breeze Academy's marketing function. You will own our day-to-day digital marketing and content output, keeping our brand active, consistent, and converting across all channels. From creating engaging content and managing social media to running email campaigns, maintaining our website, and managing paid media, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.

About You

You are a creative and organised digital marketer who thrives in a varied, fast-paced role. You enjoy producing content that genuinely connects with people, and you are equally comfortable working inside ad platforms, building email workflows, or updating a website. You take ownership of your work, communicate proactively, and are always looking for ways to improve performance. You are passionate about health, wellness, or education — or are excited to become an advocate for it.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role covering content creation and social media management
  • Active management of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (PPC)
  • Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp, including campaign management, automation, and segmentation
  • Confident managing website content and building landing pages
  • Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in health, wellness, or education sectors
  • Filming or production experience
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Monday or HubSpot

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging written and visual content across blogs, course introductions, tutor stories, and social copy
  • Develop a good understanding of target audiences and customer journeys to create relevant content
  • Manage social media channels, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
  • Manage the content calendar, aligning output with business priorities and campaigns
  • Support long-form content such as blogs, white papers and research summaries
  • Use data to optimise content for conversion
  • Ensure all content is optimised for search, including SEO, AEO and GEO to maximise visibility across traditional and AI-powered search
  • Use AI to enhance content creation and workflows
  • Engage with online communities and audiences to build presence and brand loyalty

Video & Podcast

  • Edit podcast episodes and supporting video content
  • Provide filming support at podcast recordings and events
  • Create short-form video content for social media and campaigns

Email & Automation

  • Plan and execute email campaigns including copy, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain automation flows and lead nurture sequences

Web

  • Manage and update website content and build new landing pages

Paid Media

  • Manage day-to-day Meta and PPC ad accounts under the guidance of the Head of Sales and Marketing
  • Build and test ad creatives, monitor performance, and optimise within agreed parameters
  • Report on paid performance regularly to the Head of Sales and Marketing

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track, analyse and report on KPIs across channels
  • Create dashboards and reports for the leadership team
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing activity with upcoming focus areas
  • Organise and promote webinars, expos, conferences, and other live events
