Are you looking to build on an existing career within the property management sector? If so, we are currently hiring for an experienced property manager to join our growing team which looks after a large portfolio spanning North and East London.

Working at our flagship Enfield branch alongside our Head of Property Management, this is a varied role which covers a variety of key responsibilities within the department. This role also offers great potential for future progression, growing into an integral part of our Lettings and Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To carry out a variety of property management tasks as requested.
  • Deal with landlords/tenant queries.
  • Updating information on our CRM System.
  • Receipting rent against tenants accounts.
  • Generating rent statements to send to landlords.
  • Sending out letters as required.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Assisting with maintenance issues.
  • Reviewing inspection reports.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Someone with a strong understanding of the Windows Operating System, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • (Essential) A full UK Driving Licence, and access to your own vehicle.
  • (Preferred but not essential) Understanding of the Alto CRM/Property Management software.
  • (Preferred but not essential) At least 3 years of experience within a similar role, and a \"can-do\" attitude to learning/embracing training.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisation skills, and attention to detail.
  • A team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
