The Role

This is a varied, people-focused role sitting at the heart of our business. Youโ€™ll support across:

  • HR administration
  • Employee lifecycle activities
  • Client coordination
  • People operations
  • Office and business support

Youโ€™ll work closely with the Founders and wider team to help create an exceptional experience for both clients and their people.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People Support

  • Managing HR inboxes and queries
  • Drafting contracts, letters, onboarding packs, and HR documentation
  • Updating systems including BreatheHR
  • Maintaining employee records and trackers
  • Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
  • Supporting HR People Partners with client preparation

Business & Operational Support

  • Supporting client onboarding and administration
  • Preparing presentations and client documentation
  • Supporting invoicing and payment tracking
  • Assisting with diary coordination and office organisation
  • Helping improve systems and processes as we grow

What Youโ€™ll Need

Essential

  • Experience in administration, HR support, or business operations
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using systems and learning new technology
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • SME or consultancy experience
  • Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace skills

Working Pattern

  • Part-time: 20โ€“24 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday or across 3โ€“4 days
