This is a varied, people-focused role sitting at the heart of our business. You’ll support across:
- HR administration
- Employee lifecycle activities
- Client coordination
- People operations
- Office and business support
You’ll work closely with the Founders and wider team to help create an exceptional experience for both clients and their people. This role would suit someone who:

Responsibilities include:
- Managing HR inboxes and queries
- Drafting contracts, letters, onboarding packs, and HR documentation
- Updating systems including BreatheHR
- Maintaining employee records and trackers
- Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Supporting HR People Partners with client preparation
- Supporting client onboarding and administration
- Preparing presentations and client documentation
- Supporting invoicing and payment tracking
- Assisting with diary coordination and office organisation
- Helping improve systems and processes as we grow
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, HR support, or business operations
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable using systems and learning new technology
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- SME or consultancy experience
- Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace skills
- Interest in employment law and people development
