Breedon Group is seeking an Area Internal Sales Manager to lead internal sales across multiple sites from the Durham Gate Office.

You will design teams, set KPIs, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating with external sales, distribution and operations.

You will coach and develop staff, standardise processes, manage inbound and outbound activity, framing pricing and discount controls, forecasting and reporting to SLT.
