Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solution.
- Take customer orders and ensure all details are entered into the system accurately.
- Price and quote for customers and capture within Breedon's systems.
- Maintain product knowledge to recommend best solutions, actively upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate.
- Manage customer enquiries to completion, driving conversion and analysing lost quotes.
- Manage customer credit limits, proactively anticipating and communicating to enable smooth flow.
- Handle last‑minute changes and inform customers of any alterations.
- Build good relationships with customers over the phone.
