You will coordinate electrical maintenance, develop long-term plans, and ensure resources and spares are ready for safe, efficient work. Work with maintenance, operations and stores to meet schedules and budgets.
You will lead major repairs planning, oversee shutdowns and manage weak points in the maintenance lifecycle, while championing safety and reliability improvements across the site.
