We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Distribution Co-Ordinator to join our Asphalt & Aggregates team at Treforest.
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive excellent service from enquiry through to delivery.
Working closely with planning, production, commercial and haulage teams, you will play a key role in delivering the right product to the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and process orders accurately.
- Coordinate and track deliveries while keeping customers informed of progress and delays.
- Work collaboratively with the Planning Team to schedule and reschedule orders effectively.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and update orders within the Excalibur system.
- Process cash sales and ensure payment records are accurate.
- Liaise with commercial, production and haulage teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.
- Support colleagues and provide administrative assistance as required.
