Breedon Group is a leading vertically-integrated international construction materials group in Great Britain, Ireland and the United States, providing material for the construction industry as well as offering surfacing solutions. We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Learning Development team at Breedon for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave. This position provides training administration support to Breedon Group, including coordination of training and administration on the Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for booking training requests for all technical training on the T C Matrix for GB Materials currently (including health, safety, mobile plant, first aid and NVQ/QCF related development).
- Own the training request form, review and improve based on user feedback as required.
- Be the SME for health, safety, mobile plant, first aid and NVQ/QCF related development.
- Ensure that training requests are actioned to SLAs. POs authorized by the appropriate cost centre and training records updated on the LMS.
- Provide coordination and administration for the scheduling and booking of courses booked via training request form and for issuing joining instructions and training certification via the LMS.
- Ensure that scheduled training maximizes cost efficiencies by liaising and reviewing with providers working with the Head of Learning Development.
