To be part of a team of 3, reporting directly to the new business Team Leader, helping onboard new customers, having a keen eye for detail, protecting the business from credit risk and fraudulent applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and master data processes
- Recording of all communications
- Making credit decisions
- Application and maintenance of key controls
- Management of departmental email inbox
- Timely and accurate processing of master data changes
- An eye for detail, and an instinct for credit risk
- Addressing and resolving issues with customers through email and telephone
- Provide holiday cover for team members
- Developing excellent customer service for our internal and external customers
- Ensuring the company policy is always followed
- Liaison with commercial business
