Plant Operative (Asphalt) in Carlisle

We're seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to become an integral part of our team at Carlisle. Reporting to the Asphalt Plant Manager, this role is key to our operations, focusing on batching asphalt, performing general maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant in line with our safety, environmental, and quality standards. Batch asphalt and conduct general maintenance of the asphalt plant. Operate a loading shovel and weighbridge, adhering to safety and operational procedures. Previous experience within an asphalt plant is beneficial. This role may require some night working.
