The predicted salary is between 45000 - 50000 £ per year.
Overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of Breedon’s asphalt plants across the North of Ireland.
Coordinate and manage asphalt production to ensure all production requirements and contract specifications are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure all asphalt plants and associated equipment are serviced and maintained appropriately, with planned and preventative maintenance carried out regularly.
Ensure all asphalt plants are operated safely and maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Contracts Managers and Supervisors to ensure the timely supply of asphalt and other bituminous products to meet operational requirements, including works outside normal working hours where necessary.
Ensure key operational roles across each depot are effectively staffed, with clear responsibilities, defined expectations, and regular performance reviews.
Support and motivate employees to achieve both business and personal objectives.
Comply with all relevant statutory and company health, safety, and welfare requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Ensure all contractors comply with relevant health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Maintain all required certifications, permits, and inspections, ensuring they remain current.
