To excel in this role, you will need to possess meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and enjoy building professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working with a team of experts, your remit is to be responsible for delivering on the day-to-day administration activities using a variety of systems. You will be instrumental in driving and leading the smooth operation of the business in relation to all administration needs for the benefit of customers as well as the organisation. You are not the type to need someone to give you direction on a daily basis and prefer working in a quiet environment. The role isn’t a quiet, slow-paced one as you will be engaging with different groups of people across the business as well as with clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to use your initiative, work autonomously and be responsible for various activities where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of sales and purchasing
- Collation and administration of month end accounts information
- Administration of payroll input information
- Administration of training records and organising & booking training
- To greet visitors on arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
- To provide hospitality for all visitors and internal staff meetings on request
- To provide administrative support to other departments as required
- Administration support to keep our internal systems up to date
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of administration using various systems
- Experience of working in a client facing role
