As a Contracts Manager, you are an individual who pays great attention to detail, excels in record keeping and document management, and is an open and honest communicator comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Key ResponsibilitiesAn analytical approach to work is essential, as is the ability to work within an annual business plan. You will be working with a team of professionals and may also be leading a team, depending on the specific circumstances. Your role entails being responsible for sustaining a strong performance by delivering exceptional customer service, while concurrently working towards increasing volume and expanding the customer base.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of surfacing activities in either a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
- Although not essential, a qualification or membership in a relevant technical institution is desirable.
