Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our surfacing squads, preventing costs from escalating. The essence of this position lies in prioritising maintenance and problem-solving by engaging with the teams and appreciating the value our colleagues bring.
You are not one to shy away from getting involved and working in all weather conditions and are not looking for a typical 9 to 5 weekday-only job.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge of tasks such as troubleshooting, procuring parts, and maintaining machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also involve monitoring job sheets and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills to liaise closely with the wider plant team and customers. You must possess the qualities of a team player who remains composed under pressure and be adaptable to change. This role demands an individual who values our colleagues and acknowledges their contributions.
