The role involves working outdoors on a variety of road surfacing and highway maintenance projects, travelling to sites across the region, and collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Nightshift working is a key requirement of this position. These roles require flexibility, as nightshift working is essential. Work closely with the Foreperson and wider surfacing squad to complete projects safely and efficiently * Work flexibly across different sites and shifts, including night work where required Flexible approach to working hours and site locations CSCS card * Full UK driving licence * Previous experience in surfacing, construction, highways, or a similar environment Training and Development Full training will be provided, offering opportunities to develop new skills, gain industry-recognised qualifications, and build a long-term career within Breedon.
