BRE is seeking an Estates Maintenance and Compliance Officer to support daily estate operations at our Watford site.
You will help ensure statutory compliance, maintain records, coordinate maintenance activities and manage service providers to deliver safe, efficient facilities.
You will collaborate with estates colleagues, SHE teams and tenants to drive improvements and ensure high standards of service.
