Breddos Tacos is looking for a strong Chef to join our team. We’re after someone with a good level of kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a busy, supportive team. You’ll be working with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a menu inspired by Mexican food and street food culture. Experience with Mexican food is a big plus, but it’s not essential. What matters most is that you care about food, standards, consistency, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Helping lead the team during service.
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation.
- Keeping strong hygiene and food safety standards.
- Supporting prep, stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
