What You'll Be Doing You will: Ensure the buildings are secure and safe for all residents, staff, contractors and visitors Maintain a visible presence in and around the buildings, patrolling the sites on a regular basis Conduct routine health and safety checks including fire, legionella, emergency lighting and other emergency systems, ensuring accurate records are maintained Undertake domestic duties including cleaning of communal areas in line with weekly and quarterly cleaning schedules Assist with void management, including carrying out property inspections, minor repairs and redecoration to ensure maximum use of the accommodation. Be aware of the importance of safeguarding individuals from potential risk of harm and follow current reporting protocols You must be confident dealing with conflict and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to work 12 hour shifts, including overnight and weekends. You must hold a current driving licence and have the use of a vehicle, as the role requires travel to various sites.
