So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.

Aim of the Role: Our values and culture underpin how we work. We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help scale our Partner New Business sales motion across the Partnerships Channel. This is a high-visibility hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, breaking into new accounts, and building relationships across target partner segments.

As one of our first SDRs dedicated to the partnerships channel, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we engage prospects across the HR consultancy segment and new industry verticals. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales to influence our outbound playbook, strengthen our tech stack, and create more high-quality partner pipeline for the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Driving Growth: Generating high-quality new business leads through proactive inbound and outbound prospecting, including smart cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Building Pipeline: Identifying top prospects and key contacts, then creating robust plans to generate qualified meetings for the Partner New Business Partner Manager.
  • Leading Discovery: Running thoughtful discovery calls to understand a prospect’s current programmes and benchmark them against our solutions.
  • Bringing Commercial Curiosity: Developing a deep understanding of buyer needs and market dynamics so you can spot what makes a genuinely high-quality lead.
  • Running Campaign Activity: Educating and developing leads through campaigns, webinars, and events, while making sure inbound leads are qualified quickly and nurtured well.
  • Crafting Smart Outreach: Creating high-converting email sequences and tailored messaging for different partner personas to help penetrate target accounts.
  • Keeping Data Sharp: Maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records of activity, touchpoints, and account information in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Working Cross-Functionally: Partnering with marketing and sales in weekly and monthly channel meetings to align lead generation activity with broader sales goals.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Following ISO 27001:2022 security policies and data privacy procedures, while maintaining strong standards around information security and responsible handling of data.

Key Competencies & Behaviours:

  • You Start with People: You know how to start conversations, build relationships quickly, and create trust across different partner personas and seniority levels.
  • You Own It, Together: You’re proactive, organised, and energised by targets. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you test, learn, and suggest improvements.
  • You believe that Clear Is Kind: You’re a confident communicator who can write strong cold emails, adapt messaging, and lead commercial conversations with clarity and care.
  • You’ve got a hunter mindset: You thrive on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and opening new doors with senior decision-makers.
  • You’re commercially curious: You want to understand what makes a good lead, what buyers care about, and how to tailor your approach to the market.
  • You know your tools: You have strong experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and are comfortable using sales engagement tools to stay effective and organised.
  • You deliver against targets: You’ve consistently met or exceeded monthly and quarterly quota objectives in quota-carrying roles.
  • You’re a team player: You collaborate well across sales and marketing and want to help build something, not just follow a script.
  • You’re ready to grow: An interest in developing into a Partner New Business Manager role over time would be a real plus.

Why You’ll Love it Here:

  • £34,000-£38,000 + OTE dependant on experience
