Why is this role important? You will play a strategic role in driving go-to-market success across our top-tier accounts for Rotageek and ELMO UK. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, combining Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Field Marketing to drive meaningful engagement with priority accounts and key buying groups. You’ll be building and scaling a critical function within a growing multi-brand organisation.

  • Own the Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the ABM strategy across Tier 1 strategic accounts for Rotageek and ELMO UK.
  • Personalised Programs: Plan and deliver 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns aligned to commercial objectives, including executive events and tailored content.
  • Field Marketing Leadership: Plan and execute field marketing programmes aligned to key sales territories and priority accounts to drive relationship building.
  • AI-First Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate message testing, content variations, and personalisation at scale while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Act as the strategic marketing partner to mid-market and enterprise sales teams, participating in pipeline reviews and account planning.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use intent tools and data to identify buying groups and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO 27001:2022 security policies and data privacy procedures.

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on ABM, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation.
