As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our partners, helping them expand their client base, maximise revenue, and make the most of our powerful solutions. You won’t just be managing accounts—you’ll be driving real business impact, forming long-term relationships, and helping partners unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff!):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners.
  • Develop strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, training, and support to help partners grow their business with Breathe.
  • Drive business growth by managing partner pipelines, conducting regular check-ins, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed on HR tech trends and competitor movements to inform partnership strategy.
  • Actively engage with partners on social media and attend relevant industry events.
