You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, directly contributing to our continued growth and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Office Operations & Facilities Management: Drive the smooth, day-to-day operation of our office. This means expertly managing supplies, coordinating with all external vendors (from IT to cleaning), and ensuring our space is always efficient and ready for growth.
- Insurance & Compliance: Mastermind the meticulous tracking and timely renewal of all business insurance policies, ensuring seamless compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide pivotal administrative support, particularly to our Head of Operations. You’ll expertly manage correspondence, orchestrate meetings, and maintain impeccable records.
- Culture & Team Engagement: Be a key player in fostering our positive company culture. You’ll help bring company events to life, ensure new hires feel truly welcome, and be the friendly go-to for office queries.
- Supplier & Budget Management: Take charge of supplier relationships, negotiate smart contracts, and diligently track office expenditures, working hand-in-hand with our finance team.
- Health & Safety Champion: Ensure rigorous adherence to all health and safety, and fire risk regulations. (Full training provided to support this vital role!)
- Meeting & Refreshment Coordination: Keep our team and visitors fueled by efficiently managing office food supplies and coordinating all meeting refreshments.
- Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.
