The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

You’ll own a portfolio of existing UK customers and focus on helping them get ongoing value from their investment in ELMO. You’ll lead account planning, manage renewals, identify growth opportunities and build trusted relationships that support long‑term success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of existing UK customer accounts, with accountability for retention and expansion.
  • Building smart account plans that identify renewal risks, whitespace and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Leading renewal activity, including commercial conversations, negotiation, pricing support and contract progression.
  • Spotting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the ELMO suite by aligning customer needs with our capabilities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their goals, challenges and commercial drivers.
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Product and Support to maximise outcomes.
  • Maintaining a high‑quality pipeline in Salesforce and keeping forecasting, opportunity progression and account data accurate and up to date.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, business development or a similar B2B commercial role.
  • A passion for technology, ideally built from time working in a SaaS, HR, payroll or workforce management solutions business.
  • Strong commercial acumen, especially in renewals, retention and account growth.
  • Excellent listening, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, customer‑centric mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
