Our client, established in 1993, has grown extensively over the years due to exceptional service delivery and a strong reputation. The company has expanded significantly through acquisitions and continues to lead in providing security solutions to the commercial sector across the UK.

Your role will be to drive new business development across the UK, focusing on the fire and security range of products and services for servicing and maintenance contracts. You will target end users, large organisations, and multiple site holders within the sector.

The core job summary will be:

  • Develop a strategic plan for the company’s growth within your area
  • Identify new opportunities to generate revenue
  • Present and negotiate potential deals with partners from all levels of companies
  • Drive execution of the company’s strategic plan
  • Manage budgets and forecast revenues
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on various tasks
  • Ensure team members are meeting deadlines
  • Ensure that all projects are on track to meet deadlines
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations in all areas of the company, including marketing, human resources, legal, design, etc.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales for installation and manage a monthly target for both profit and turnover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales generation and growth, with a commercial understanding of profit margins.

Qualifications:
