We are looking for an energetic and outgoing personality within the right candidate to work in a fun and forward thinking organisation as a Service Scheduler. Working with the existing team at our service excellence office you will be part of a like minded team delivering customers expectations and more.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into company systems on behalf of engineers and clients.
- Organise workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Provide historical reference by utilising filing and retrieval systems.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary & Benefits
This role carries a basic salary of between 20k and 25k per annum which is negotiable on your experience.
