You’ve spent years designing and selling bathrooms. Not just sanitaryware - the whole room. You know how tiles finish a space, how lighting changes the mood, how a heated towel rail and the right accessories turn a bathroom into somewhere people actually want to spend time. You take customers from a vague idea to a complete, beautifully designed scheme - and you know how to close the sale.
You’re commercially sharp, you’re confident with CAD, and you’re done working for businesses that don’t reward the results you deliver.
Showroom Location – Handforth, Cheshire, Cheadle
Who We Are
Bathshack is Ireland’s largest online bathroom retailer - and our showrooms are where serious customers come to spend serious money. With locations across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and England, we’ve built a reputation for premium product, expert advice, and an experience that’s a cut above. We’re growing, our showrooms are evolving, and we’re looking for experienced bathroom designers to match our ambition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing complete bathroom schemes using CAD software - producing proposals that make customers excited to buy.
- Selling the whole room - tiles, porcelain slabs, lighting, heating, and accessories are as much a part of the sale as the sanitaryware.
- Running a consultative, high-value sales process with customers investing in their dream bathroom.
- Managing your pipeline properly - following up, converting, and hitting targets consistently.
- Working commercially - protecting margin, using discount strategically, and maximising value on every order.
- Building long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.
- Setting the standard in the showroom for product knowledge, presentation, and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years designing and selling bathrooms in a showroom environment.
- Extensive experience specifying and selling the complete room - tiles, porcelain slabs, lighting, heating, and accessories, not just the sanitaryware.
- Hands‑on CAD experience with industry design software (Virtual Worlds, Winner, Compusoft, or similar).
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets on high-value orders.
- Experience working with trade, developer, or commercial clients alongside retail customers.
- Commercial confidence - you understand margin, you know when to discount and when not to, and you know how to sell value.
- Outstanding communication - in person, on the phone, and in written proposals.
What You’ll Earn
- £38,000 basic salary
- £8,000 on-target bonus based on agreed KPIs
- OTE £46,000 – uncapped above target
