We are recruiting for an ambitious individual to join a new branch of the New Business team, supporting our Criminal, Family and Private Client teams as the first point of contact for potential clients enquiring about our services. This full-time Client Relationship Executive role requires someone with a strong background in customer-facing positions and a passion for delivering excellent client care. We as a firm are naturally agile and we are happy to recruit into either the Liverpool or Runcorn office. The nature of the role dictates that this is office-based.

Key Responsibilities:- Following up using our client relationship software
- Guiding and supporting our clients through our onboarding process
- Allocating clients to our solicitors and ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Providing a great experience for your clients, colleagues and ambassadors
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, by email and by phone
- High IT competency with relevant experience in Microsoft Office and software as a service cloud application
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team and contribute positively to team targets
- Knowledge of legal processes would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
- Ambition to progress. We strongly believe in the development and training of colleagues
- Salary up to £23,132 per annum (National Minimum Wage)
