You will be serving as the critical link between the publisher’s commercial strategy and the studio’s technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of high-quality content across our entire portfolio, ranging from ambitious new DLC and platform ports to the long-term maintenance of our core code assets. This is a high-impact position that sits at the intersection of production, engineering, and publishing.

As a Technical Producer, you don’t just track tasks; you manage technical risk, optimise delivery pipelines, and champion the Technical Playbook that allows our studio to scale organically. You will operate with significant autonomy, acting as a trusted advisor to publishing stakeholders and a primary coordinator for external development teams, ensuring our studio remains a centre of excellence for technical launch readiness and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities- Own and synchronize delivery schedules between internal engineering teams, external partner studios, and art outsource networks.
- Act as the primary production contact for one or more projects, maintaining strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with all key stakeholders, from external developers to internal publishing leadership.

- Identify and proactively manage risks, working with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support live release management including patches, updates, and DLC.
- Act as the gatekeeper for technical standards.
- Act as the primary link between creative teams and publishing stakeholders.
