Platform Operations Executive in Royal Leamington Spa

As a Platform Operations Executive at Secret Mode, you will work directly within first‑party portals to help create and submit store pages for our products, assisting with game, demo, and sale launches. You will work with creative teams and product managers on content briefs and approvals, ensuring all page content is deployed according to release roadmaps. You will also process key management requests throughout the organisation and assist with our bundle and digital event setup processes. Secret Mode’s Platform team is closely related to Launch teams in other games publishers: you are either already part of an existing Launch team seeking a new challenge or are passionate about joining a Platform/Launch team and helping to ensure that all of Secret Mode’s consumer‑facing storepage content is considered best‑in‑class.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To action product announcements and game/DLC launches to a high standard, managing product page text, art, and settings submissions across all platforms
• Support the commercial team in sales opportunities by setting up Bundles and Steam Sales Pages for Publisher and Sales Events
• To monitor key requests and ensure that internal and external stakeholders are provided with requested keys in a timely fashion
• To maintain the security of all keys by following best practice guidelines
• To work with Production, QA and Marketing on scheduling coming soon pages, demo pages and store launches and ensure that schedules can be met
• To ensure that all assets, information and text for store pages are briefed in and work with external partners to localise store text. Some asset creation (such as localised override capsules) and storepage content writing will be required
• Inputting pricing and availability data
• To use knowledge about platform backends to advise other teams & offer solutions if problems arise
• Contribution to internal best practice documents that inform other teams about all asset and content requirements across all platforms
• Promote and embody Secret Mode’s values and strengths to the wider community

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A drive to keep up-to-date with new developments and platform features relevant to the role
• The ability to proactively identify and resolve problems with submissions effectively, with the ability to support others in doing the same.
• An excellent eye for detail to identify text and art issues present on submitted content
• Proficiency in Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and Epic store page submissions and processes is desired

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires you to be in our Leamington Spa studio for two days a week. Please note that this role is only open to applicants who have the right to work in the UK. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship or consider applications from outside the UK.
