  • Order and organise materials and access equipment ahead of time so projects start without delays.
  • Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines and prioritising tasks to meet client expectations.
  • Manage budgets and project finances, ensuring profitability and accurate forecasting.
  • Take charge of invoicing completed works and supporting monthly budget targets.
  • Negotiate and improve procurement for materials and services to achieve better value.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and building strong relationships.
  • Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
  • Track and report issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate complex challenges when needed.
  • Conduct after‑care calls to check client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Keep systems updated, including Big Change, Google Calendar, and client portals, and maintain accurate records of WIP schedules and progress reports.
  • Produce monthly reports for management and client meetings.
  • Support audit processes and ensure documentation is always compliant and up to date.
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Collaborate with the Remedial Manager, Estimation team, and Delivery teams for smooth handovers and execution.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.
  • Support the wider maintenance team when needed, demonstrating team spirit and flexibility.
