This is a proactive, client-facing role where you’ll identify prospects, open doors, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping our future pipeline and driving revenue growth through structured, high-energy outbound activity. We need a dynamic professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring:

  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, structured sales rhythm while staying organised.
  • Experience using CRM systems for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.

For—the Responsibilities

As Remedial Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping our remedial operations and driving excellence across every project. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue and performance objectives.
  • Self-manage daily sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
  • Build and leverage professional relationships to uncover and grow business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative support and positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Promote the FORTH® value proposition through compelling presentations and premium service offerings.
  • Identify and qualify ideal opportunities, ensuring alignment with business criteria.
  • Lead management and conversion, following up on inbound leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records and ensure sales efficiency.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets, closing deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Ensure smooth delivery handover by collaborating with delivery teams through structured meetings.
  • Commit to continuous development, enhancing your skills and contributing to team success.

For—the Person

  • Proven success in business development within building services, engineering, or facilities management sectors.
  • Strong industry network with established relationships among key decision-makers.
  • Commercially astute, able to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into profitable business.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing sales teams to exceed KPIs.
  • Driven and proactive, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills—confident in negotiation, influencing, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Solid understanding of tender processes, pricing structures, and contract frameworks.
  • Cultural fit—aligned with FORTH® leadership and values committed to fostering a strong team culture.

For—the Commitment

Our purpose is simple but powerful: driving positive change to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. This means pushing boundaries, embracing new ideas, and constantly improving in everything we do. Our forward‑thinking philosophy is brought to life through six key commitments:
