We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join the team at Penicuik Estate and help deliver exceptional weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.
The Events Coordinator is the person who turns a contracted booking into a flawless plan: every detail considered, every supplier briefed, every element timed, so that when the event arrives the operational team can deliver it seamlessly.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, thrives on attention to detail and takes genuine pride in creating seamless experiences. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring every event is delivered with care and precision.
The role is full-time with a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
