As Ireland\’s largest online bathroom retailer, we’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in our beautiful Boucher Road offices. What’s the role all about?
As our Marketing Manager, you will:
Social Media & Paid Advertising
- Develop and implement high-performing Meta Ads strategies to boost conversions and ROI.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all paid campaigns, and optimize for better results.
- Manage both organic and paid social campaigns to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Email Marketing
- Design and manage impactful email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our customer base.
- Plan, optimize, and monitor email flows to enhance sales and retention.
- Evaluate email performance metrics and implement strategies for continual improvement.
Content Creation & Events
- Be the face of Bathshack by fronting campaigns, product launches, and social media content.
- Lead the coordination and promotion of both in-store and online events to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with our design team to produce stunning marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Identify and manage relationships with key influencers to boost brand awareness.
- Execute influencer campaigns that align with Bathshack’s goals and deliver measurable results.
- Marketing Office Management
Ensure marketing materials are organised and up-to-date, making sure the team has the tools they need.
What do we need from you?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Is hands-on with Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Is skilled at creating, analysing, and reporting on performance to inform strategy.
- Is confident in front of the camera to create engaging video content.
- Has some experience with influencer marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Possesses strong organisational skills and is comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Would be happy to lead a small growing team

What about the hours?
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll have flexibility to choose your start time between 8am and 9am, and finish between 5pm and 6pm
