Come and lead our beautiful new Cheadle Hulme showroom team and take your retail career to the next level with Bathshack, our first showroom in England. We’re currently refurbishing an existing bathroom showroom to make it truly Bathshack. As our NI leadership team is based off-site, we need a self-sufficient, independent leader who can make sound, well-reasoned strategic decisions. A bit about the role…
- An exciting opportunity to grow the first GB location for a well-established company.
- Set the pace on targets and KPIs; turn footfall, leads and data into profitable sales and delighted customers.
- Drive, coach and develop the team to exceed sales targets while delivering the Bathshack customer experience.
- Own day-to-day showroom operations and ensure all business opportunities are maximised.
- Promote Bathshack’s full product range and lead by example throughout the sales process.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and support with bathroom product queries.
- Be our advocate in the community—networking, partnering and finding creative, compliant ways to grow awareness and traffic.
- Act as showroom keyholder, managing opening/closing procedures and ensuring security.

- A self-starter with the judgement to make clear, data-led decisions and the confidence to act, escalating for sign-off as needed.

On-Target Earnings £60,000-£70,000, with a competitive base salary (DOE) and uncapped bonus.
