The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role will be hybrid (70% in office across 3 sites or in the local community, 30% remote) following completion of required training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding new starters, developing training plans alongside line managers.
  • Support line managers and teams with identified areas of development required.
  • Use key insights (advice trends, client feedback, etc.) to create and deliver focused training across a range of delivery methods to ensure accessibility.
  • Support the organisation to comply with accreditation requirements (AQS, SQM, QAA and others), ensuring all CPD requirements are met and mandatory training is completed.
  • Work with local infrastructure organisations to create and deliver focused training for local VCSE organisations.
  • Support new project mobilisation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt, prioritise deadlines and competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for supporting others to develop.
  • Experience in training and developing staff and/or volunteers, or experience as an adviser.
