Carrs Pasties is seeking a hands-on Food Production Team Leader to guide the daily production of our fresh sandwiches, salads, pastries and bakery items. You will coordinate tasks, ensure recipe accuracy and maintain quality targets across 39 hours per week with weekend rotation.
The role requires proven experience in food production, leadership of a small team and solid knowledge of food safety regulations.
