As a Delivery Driver at Bathshack, you will be responsible for delivering our products to our customers. Your role is vital in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition, on time, and with a friendly and professional touch. You will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful landscapes of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland during your daily routes. You will be able to turn your hand to driving our standard domestic vans and also our 18T vehicle as required.
A bit about the role:
- Load company vehicles, including standard domestic vans and 18-tonne lorry when required, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Safely deliver and collect goods according to agreed timescales.
- Conduct pre-route inspections to ensure the quality and condition of the products.
- Promptly report any issues encountered during deliveries to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Verify product accuracy and quality with customers upon delivery.
- Manage product returns from customers when necessary.
- Perform daily and weekly maintenance checks on the vehicle to maintain it in excellent condition.
- Assist in warehouse duties when required.
- Strictly adhere to our company vehicle policy at all times.
A bit about you:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence with a minimum of 12 months' continuous HGV driving experience and a full, valid Driver CPC.
- A strong, demonstrable safety record — we take the wellbeing of our drivers, customers, and other road users seriously.
- Comfortable driving both domestic vans and our HGV as required.
- Flexibility, strong organisational skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
- Physical capability to safely handle our products.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in all tasks.

Working Hours:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, scheduled across 5 days, with some flexibility required. Overtime opportunities available at the standard pay rate. Your day starts and ends at our Antrim Head Office / Warehouse, located in the Junction One area.
