Are you ready to take ownership of a busy trade store warehouse, where accuracy, organisation, and customer service are at the heart of everything you do? Bathshack is seeking a hands-on Stores Manager to keep our Shore Road site running smoothly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and every order is fulfilled with care.

A bit more about the role:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system vs physical stock accuracy at agreed targets.
  • Ensure the trade core range is consistently available and shelves are replenished efficiently.
  • Complete putaway and shelf fill within agreed lead times.
  • Deliver accurate stock audits every 3–6 months and implement corrective actions.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare trade orders for collection or dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Use our CRM system to process and complete customer orders.
  • Load customer vehicles with purchased goods, including heavy lifting as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment, following 5S principles.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures, complete equipment checks, and report hazards promptly.
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with training and certification requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce errors, sharing ideas with the Trade Sales Manager.
  • Support at the trade counter during peak periods, providing excellent customer service and support.

A bit about you:

  • Previous experience in stock control, warehouse, or stores management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, replenishment, and warehouse processes.
  • High attention to detail in stock handling and data entry.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for order processing.
  • Physically willing and able to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
  • Consistent application of health and safety standards.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve stock discrepancies quickly.
  • Forklift trained and certified (or willing to obtain refresher certification).
  • Willingness to cover the trade counter and provide customer support as needed.
