Bathshack is growing – across 13 showrooms, a strong e-commerce business and a trade channel that is building real momentum. This is a dedicated performance marketing role. You will own Bathshack's full paid performance engine, Meta, A/B testing, audience strategy and our owned channel programme across Klaviyo email, SMS and WhatsApp.

If you are the kind of person who opens Ads Manager before their emails, gets genuinely excited by a well-structured test, and understands that a great email flow is just performance marketing with a different send button, you'll fit right in!

  • Owning the paid Meta campaigns
    • Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
    • Own audience targeting, budget allocation and bid strategy within agreed parameters
    • Monitor performance daily and make confident optimisation decisions without being prompted
    • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing; own day-to-day search campaign management including keyword strategy, ad copy testing and bid management
  • Demand Gen & Search
    • Design and run a structured A/B testing programme across creative, copy, audiences and formats – document findings and apply learnings as an ongoing discipline
    • Build and maintain audience segmentation across cold, warm and retargeting pools, reflecting Bathshack's long consideration cycles, showroom and online journeys, and trade segments
  • Klaviyo – CRM, Email, SMS & WhatsApp
    • Take full ownership of the Klaviyo account: strategy, execution and optimisation
    • Audit and rebuild core automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and re-engagement
    • Manage the broadcast email calendar and build list segmentation based on purchase behaviour, browsing data and customer type
    • Monitor list health and act on deliverability, open rates and unsubscribes
    • Develop SMS and WhatsApp flows for high-value journeys – appointment confirmations, trade updates, project follow-ups – ensuring activity is GDPR-compliant and genuinely useful
    • Own the transition from the current external agency to in-house
  • Creative & Reporting
    • Brief the Content and Campaign Manager on paid creative needs; review output through a performance lens and feed test results back into future creative direction
    • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting – insight-led, not a data dump – and be the first to flag when something isn't working

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid Meta campaign management – Ads Manager is your daily tool
  • Proven track record running structured A/B tests and acting on results
  • Analytically minded – you spot patterns and know what to do with them
  • E-commerce or retail-adjacent background is a genuine advantage
  • SMS experience helpful; WhatsApp for Business a bonus
  • Comfortable using AI tools for reporting, analysis and insight generation
